About Kim

Kim Carrig, founder and sole Occupational Therapist at Open Door OT, is a registered clinician (Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency) who graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Occupational Therapy in 2017. Since this time, Kim has worked as a community Occupational Therapist, servicing adults with physical and cognitive impairments in their homes. Kim is experienced and passionate about Home Modifications and Assistive Technology and how significantly the provision of these can impact someone's quality of life and their care network.

Kim has undergone additional Home Modifications training through Nationally Recognised Training via Assistive Technology Australia with completion of:

- CPPACC4020 - Provide access advice on building renovations

- CPPACC5016 - Provide expert access advice on renovations to private dwellings
